About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory File Review Specialist to join our team on a short-term basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients and internal teams to provide high-quality reviews and recommendations.

As a UK Interim File Examiner, you will be responsible for reviewing client files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also identify discrepancies and ensure that all elements of the service provided align with the client agreement and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing client files for compliance, accuracy, and adherence to service standards within the Financial Services sector. They will also have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to interpret complex client files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review client files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure that all elements of the service provided align with the client agreement and regulatory standards
  • Analyze service delivery and assess whether the advice provided is consistent with agreed terms and meets regulatory standards
  • Communicate findings to colleagues and stakeholders
