About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and prepare financial reports. Key responsibilities include site measurements, estimating, contractual issues, and final account negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers a competitive salary range of £50K to £70k, including a company car. Benefits include pension, holidays, bonus, and the opportunity to travel within the UK, with at least one overnight stay every two weeks.
