ALevelorHigher-LevelMathsqualification. ExperienceinProcesspipeworkand/orstructuralsteelframes. Experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or construction environment. Essential Criteria PreviousExperienceinIndustrial/CommercialMechanicalQuantitySurveying/Estimating 5no.GCSEs-Corabove(orequivalent).MustincludeGCSEMathsandEnglish. Abilitytoworkbothindividuallyandaspartofateam. ExcellentITSkills(MSOfficeandExcelinparticular). Excellent communication and organisation skills. (inc. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken). ThesuccessfulcandidatewillreporttotheSeniorQuantitySurveyingManager. Remunerationwillbedependentonexperience. Thiswillbeanoffice-basedroleforthemajorityoftime,withoccasionalsitevisits. Candidates who do not meet all the essential criteria may beconsidered on a case-by-case basis, if they possess relevant skills andexperience,which may be deemeddesirable by thebusiness.
