Job Overview

IBB Law is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Commercial Real Estate Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide senior level assistance and support to our partners, acting independently and with appropriate support, to deliver a high-quality legal service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate agreements for the sale and purchase of land, including site assembly issues and development agreements.
  • Investigate title to properties, identify key issues affecting title, and prepare reports to clients.
  • Assist on development transactions, including drafting and negotiating leases and ancillary leasehold documents.
  • Undertake or assist with secured lending transactions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate law.
  • 4+ years post-qualification experience in this area of legal work.
  • Good technical grounding in this area of law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
