We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at SF Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a key part in the billing process, ensuring all contracts and associated charges are captured and invoiced accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will have great administration skills and a strong understanding of accounts or numeracy. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining customer billing logs and reviewing them with the business on a monthly basis
  • Raising customer invoices and ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met
  • Setting up systems to allow invoices to be emailed directly to customers and maintaining correct billing contact details
  • Completing reviews with Financial Controllers to check that all accrued income is captured and billed in a timely manner
  • Reviewing billing processes to streamline and automate
  • Ensuring SOX and audit controls are followed and assisting auditors in providing sample information
  • Supporting the wider finance team on ad hoc tasks as required

This is a maternity contract for 12 months, with a full working week of 37.5 hours and flexible start and finish times. The ideal candidate will be a team player with great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
