Home Maintenance Specialist

Bromford is a reputable company seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position of Neighbourhood Coach. This role involves working closely with our maintenance and lettings teams to ensure the effective allocation of empty homes and the resolution of tenancy-related issues.
As a neighbourhood coach, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive relationship with customers, addressing their needs, and providing coaching and guidance when required. This position requires a strong understanding of housing management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management. They will strive to achieve performance targets, maximise customer satisfaction, and demonstrate tenacity and resilience in resolving complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a patch of approximately 200 homes, ensuring properties are well-maintained and customers are aware of their responsibilities.
- Work closely with maintenance and lettings teams to resolve tenancy-related issues, including sign-ups and changes, anti-social behaviour, and safeguarding concerns.
- Maintain strong relationships with local services to enhance the overall quality of life for customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
