The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with volunteers, staff members, and partners alike. A background in business administration, non-profit management, or a related field would be highly advantageous.

In this role, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote volunteer engagement, improve service delivery, and drive organizational growth. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement, addressing challenges, and finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
