We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our store at Flying Tiger Copenhagen Lewisham. As a key player in the store team, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the daily operations and role modeling best practice.
The ideal candidate will be fully flexible and available to work a variety of shift patterns, including early starts and late finishes, to support delivery and closing the store. This will include weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday, as well as some weekday shifts.
As part of our unique concept, you will help create an atmosphere that's second to none. You will be responsible for ensuring the shop floor is well-presented and replenished to maximize sales, the warehouse is organized, and the store team undertakes their duties while delivering friendly customer service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Handling tills discrepancies, incident reports, and team concerns, escalating them to management.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store environment for both customers and colleagues.
- Implementing and following Commercial guidelines to meet compliance of store standards.
- Supporting in leading the store team.
- Providing a positive and optimistic attitude towards work and helping others.
- Being creative and practical.
