Job Title: All Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Machine Mart Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of 4-6 members of staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities and implement effective sales promotions.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail or field sales management role, preferably in a hard goods environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
