About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Manager to join our Commercial Product Sales team at Baxi Heating UK Limited. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maximising market share and sales through relationships with regional contractors and the value creation of opportunities and winning new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional contractors to drive sales growth and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Work closely with the Regional Solutions Manager to align sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a Technical Solutions Manager role, with a strong understanding of commercial product sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
