Mobile Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Platinum Recruitment Consultancy in the West Midlands. This challenging role involves performing regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of plant equipment, ensuring that it operates safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plant maintenance, possessing either NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant or 3 years relevant experience. They must also be able to lead and develop workshop engineers to deliver exceptional work and a safe working environment.
With a competitive salary of £37,000 - £40,000, this position also includes excellent benefits such as training and progression opportunities, life assurance, contributory pension scheme, uniform, van and fuel card.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
Lead and develop workshop engineers to deliver exceptional work
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Requirements:
