About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Coach, working on our UKSPF contract across Manchester and Salford with young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people to access support, education, employment, and training across community locations.
  • Work with a flexible approach, using a can-do attitude to make a positive impact on young people's lives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a person-centred approach is implemented throughout the programme.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of the programme, ensuring it meets the needs of the young people we serve.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £26,262 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • 25 days' annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and Birthday Leave, with the opportunity to gain up to six additional days per year based on length of service.
