As a key member of our Fintech team, you will be responsible for contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns to achieve weekly collections. You will accurately input data across multiple systems and deal with ad hoc queries from clients/merchants.

Requirements
The successful applicant will have at least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance. They will be fluent in German and English and possess excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data.
