Job Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education is partnering with a secondary school in Waltham Forest to find a dedicated and committed Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively within a team to provide support to teachers and students
  • Communicate effectively with both teachers and children to ensure a smooth learning experience
  • Provide a reliable support system for students, helping them with their academic and personal needs

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in preparing the classroom for lessons
  • Support teachers during lessons and help with lesson materials
  • Provide care and support to students who are unwell or upset
