About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people aged 8-18 with varying levels of social/emotional/mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting young people with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encouraging and facilitating participation in activities, such as education, leisure, and social events
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals
  • Contributing to the creation of a safe and supportive living environment

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £11.92 per hour, equating to a base salary of £24,173
  • 224 hours of annual leave, plus bank holidays

Requirements

  • Enhanced DBS check
