  • Develop and implement plans to support children's development and learning outcomes
  • Evaluate and record children's progress

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Montessori/Teaching qualification
  • A clear understanding of the Montessori ethos
  • An understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
