Are you a creative graduate passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs?


We are seeking a dedicated and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a fantastic Primary School located in the Borough of Lewisham.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children who require additional support and make a positive impact on their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children with Special Educational Needs in a Primary School setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to children who require additional help
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience

Requirements
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Psychology, Special Education)
  • Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
