About the SEN Teaching Assistant Role:

We are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide one-to-one support to a child in Early Years, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and promoting a positive learning environment.

This is a full-time, long-term position starting in October, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children with special educational needs.

SEN Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support to a child with mild additional needs
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with children with mild needs in a mainstream or special school setting
  • Strong knowledge of SEN best practices and interventions
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
  • Relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a related field are highly desirable
