About The Job
  • This role will require expertise in rewards and benefits processes and schemes, ensuring a comprehensive reward package for our colleagues and their families.
  • You'll lead payroll production and management, including benefits renewals, market reviews, new benefits implementation, and managing existing reward and benefit schemes.
  • Audit monthly payroll and sign off reports, collaborating with our outsourced payroll provider for accurate and timely service.

Requirements:
  • Specialist knowledge of rewards and benefits, pension scheme administration, and salary sacrifice arrangements
  • Payroll skills and experience with an outsourced provider
  • HR and payroll systems knowledge and experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data affinity

The estimated annual salary for this role is £42,500-£57,500, depending on experience and qualifications.
