Job Overview

We are seeking an Employee Benefits Advisor to join our Human Resources team at The Wonderful Company. As an Employee Benefits Advisor, you will be responsible for managing our employee benefits schemes, including private healthcare, company cars, and payroll production.

The successful candidate will have specialist knowledge of rewards and benefits, including pension scheme administration and salary sacrifice arrangements. You will also possess strong analytical skills and an affinity with working with data.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including private healthcare, company car allowance, and access to our newly refurbished office space.

In this role, you will work closely with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely payroll services. You will also take the lead in auditing the monthly payroll and signing off payroll reports.

  • Specialist knowledge of rewards and benefits, including pension scheme administration and salary sacrifice arrangements
  • Payroll skills and experience, preferably having worked with an outsourced provider
  • Strong analytical skills and an affinity with working with data
