About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Reporting Analyst to join our Transaction Reporting Control Group (TRCG) in Chester. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting business analysis and ensuring compliance with transaction reporting regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise on transaction reporting regulations to inform business requirements and ensure completeness and accuracy of business requirements.
  • Perform impact assessments of new and changed business, including new products, market infrastructure, trading infrastructure, and entities, to determine change requirements for transaction reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal technology and operations teams to ensure appropriate changes to systems and processes are implemented to maintain compliance with reporting regulations.
  • Work with user testing teams to create test packs that verify correct implementation of reporting change requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience working in exchange traded futures and options operations, business, change management, or other relevant functions.
  • Business analysis experience, including functional requirements documentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles across all levels of seniority.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • High sense of urgency with ability to drive results.
  • Demonstrable evidence of stakeholder management and influence across all levels, including senior management.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of one or more key European/UK transaction reporting regulations, such as EMIR, MIFID/MIFIR, or REMIT.
  • Experience working in diverse teams globally and taking on multiple viewpoints to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking to complex organizational and business issues and translate into practical plans for project execution.
