We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our learning and development function as Head of Learning and Development. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider and make a real difference to the lives of our patients and staff.
About the Role:
As Head of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective learning and development strategies to support the growth and development of our staff. This will involve developing and delivering training programs, including leadership and management development, induction, and digital education and training.

Responsibilities:
In addition to developing and delivering training programs, you will also be responsible for managing the apprenticeship team and ensuring that we maximize our apprenticeship levy spend, estimated at £535,000 per month.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience of working in a learning and development or education and training environment. You should have significant experience of developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs and a good understanding of apprenticeships and associated funding.
Salary: The salary range for this position is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum.
