Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Plant Specialist to join our team at Smart Managed Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical plant systems within our clients' sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on all electrical and mechanical plant systems, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Identify and rectify faults promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completion of paperwork and updates to the Computer Based Maintenance system.
  • Develop and implement methods statements and risk assessments to ensure safe working practices.
  • Supervise and monitor subcontractors on site, ensuring they adhere to our company's quality, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in City and Guilds Electrical Installations or equivalent NVQ and Building Services maintenance.
  • 18th Edition BS7671 City and Guilds qualification.
  • Experience in operating and maintaining LV and HV systems.
