We are looking for a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Home Instead Charnwood.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with personal care, including bathing and dressing
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely
- Oversee medication and provide medical support as needed
- Prepare and cook meals, clean, and assist with household tasks
- Run errands, such as food shopping and picking up prescriptions
Requirements:
- Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluent English language skills
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£14.00
- Double pay Bank Holiday Rate
- High mileage rate of £0.35-£0.45 per mile
- Minimum of one hour calls
- 15 minutes of travel time - no rushing
