About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead the development of our new Wealth Platform, a strategic asset for Sanderson. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a world-class digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision and strategy that aligns with Sanderson's business objectives and drives customer value.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver the Wealth Platform.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Director of Product and Chief Product Officer, to ensure alignment and buy-in on product decisions.
  • Customer-Centricity: Embed customer needs and feedback into product development to deliver a highly customer-centric digital experience.
  • Platform Development: Oversee the development of the Wealth Platform, including digital customer portal, interface with adviser journey, and back-end functionality.
  • OKRs and Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (OKRs) to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership and the wider organization.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in leading complex product development, with a strong background in product methodology and product ownership.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate product approach and benefits to the wider organization.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the UK financial services industry, preferably in the wealth platform sector, with knowledge of platform development from scratch or migration.
