About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance & IT to join our client's team. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive finance and IT strategy, driving business growth and financial sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance and IT functions, ensuring good governance practices and compliance with auditing bodies' standards">
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive finance and IT strategy, aligning with the organization's overall vision and goals">
  • Provide timely and accurate financial information, analysis, and reports to the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees">
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, donors, and partners">
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution, leveraging expertise in management accounting, budget preparation, and financial analysis & reporting">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Fully qualified Accountant holding current professional membership (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CCAB)">
  • Significant post-qualification experience, including successfully managing and developing teams">
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth through strategic planning and execution">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels">
  • Competitive salary range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience">
