We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Westwood House Nursing Home. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and needs.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, monitoring residents' physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, ensuring seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to resident care planning and decision-making.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care home environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and alternate weekends.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of care, adhering to infection control and other relevant policies.
- A competitive hourly rate of £22.55.
