We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Westwood House Nursing Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and monitoring their progress.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, identifying physical, psychological, and social needs, and develop care plans to address these needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and supportive environment, promoting resident well-being and dignity.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
- Experience working in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care, with a commitment to resident-centered care.
