Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth handling of goods and materials.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Goods Receipt and Inventory Management: Handle goods in activities, including receipting, counting, and data entry into our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Warehouse Maintenance and Stock Control: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, manage stock movements, and utilize the ERP system to track inventory levels.
  • Kitting and Allocation: Allocate stock and kitting components into work packages, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Traceability and Compliance: Ensure the traceability of goods and materials, adhering to Export Compliance rules and regulations.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare materials for shipping, receive goods after external processing, and pack goods for dispatch according to industry standards or customer requirements.
  • General Maintenance and Support: Perform general maintenance activities, drive company vehicles as required, and assist with additional tasks as directed by line management.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Forklift License (preferable but not essential), English and Maths GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Previous warehouse experience (not essential).
  • Skills: Effective written and oral communication, computer literacy (MS Office Packages), and multi-skilled abilities.
