Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance within an inpatient setting, collaborating closely with the urgent inpatient management team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of occupational therapy services, ensuring they meet the highest standards of care.
  • Support the OT Manager in addressing both professional and operational matters, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional growth.
Your Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A strong understanding of occupational therapy theory and practice, particularly within the context of mental health.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and colleagues.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Specialized training courses in relevant areas of occupational therapy.
  • Experience in leading service development initiatives within mental health settings.

  • Post-graduate experience working in mental health settings.
  • Proven supervisory experience, demonstrating your ability to guide and support others.
