We're looking for a talented and experienced Team Leader to join our Accommodation Office team at Greene King. As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pubs, providing exceptional customer service, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide customers with a memorable experience, ensuring every visit is a positive one.
  • Team Leadership: Deputise for the management team, resolving issues and making decisions in their absence.
  • Shift Coordination: Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Bar Operations: Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, and address any issues promptly.
