We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join our dynamic team at a brilliant two-form entry school in Southeast England.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to inspire and motivate students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
