As a key hire, this individual will play a crucial role in expanding the site's laboratory capabilities and driving innovation in pharmaceutical formulation development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop innovative pharmaceutical formulations that meet regulatory and quality standards, leveraging expertise in chemistry and pharmacy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  3. Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient compatibility assessments, and stability testing to optimize formulations for performance, stability, and manufacturability.
  4. Maintain compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs, upholding the highest standards of quality.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in pharmaceutical technology, applying this knowledge to improve product performance and efficiency.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
