We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated Mail Courier Associate to join our team at Meriden Media. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and post to customers across various locations.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time role that requires a strong sense of community and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You will have a hand-held computer device to capture customer signatures and navigate your route efficiently.
About the Role- You will start your day by sorting mail at the local delivery office before heading out on your route.
- Your route may involve delivering parcels, post, or a combination of both.
- You will be required to work weekends, with 5 days out of 7.
- Overtime opportunities are available.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK manual driving licence (in your current UK address) with no more than six penalty points.
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
As a Mail Courier Associate, you will be working outdoors in all weathers, so you must be comfortable with the physical demands of the role.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around £13.37 per hour, with overtime available. The benefits package includes:
