We are seeking a talented Administrator to join our Transport team on a Late shift. The main focus of this role is to provide support to our drivers once they have completed their drops.

This role is extremely varied and vital to the entire warehouse and transport operation. As part of your duties, you will fully brief and de-brief drivers, regarding delivery performance. You'll also be responsible for preparing paperwork, filing, answering incoming and outgoing phone calls, and responding appropriately in a professional manner.

You'll need to be computer literate to input driver adjustment queries and customer credits using SAP when required, as well as manage cash office duties and invoicing. To be successful in this role, you will have great communication skills, be tenacious and resilient, and have a desire to deliver results.
