About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Global Function CFO team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting, challenging, and driving financial decisions in our Business Units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and analyze data to support the preparation of forecasts, business plans, and budgets that provide clarity and ambition for Operational Teams.
  • Develop and maintain NGP financial KPIs and performance reporting, ensuring timely and consistent information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage various ad hoc and financial reports for Operational Managers, UKLP Leadership Team, and other parties as required.
  • Coordinate monthly review meetings with budget holders, challenging and advising on budget variance analysis to target.
  • Support Finance Business Partners in building strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and trust across the Finance and Property teams.
  • Deputize for Finance Business Partners when required, supporting key strategic objectives.
  • Proactively build knowledge of the business to produce clear and insightful reporting.
Requirements
  • Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with planning, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and working knowledge of financial modeling.
  • Reporting Financial Information, Financial & Investment Appraisal, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Forecasting experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities/SAP S/4 working knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines, influence, and shape decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across the business and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data to provide insightful business intelligence.
