**Job Summary:**

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Plumber to join their team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, fault finding, and identifying life expired equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, water sampling, and risk assessment.
  • Check, repair, and make good faults and life expired equipment.
  • Minimise wastage and continually improve processes.
  • Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant.
  • Work at height and in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Plumbing and Heating.
  • Experience in plumbing maintenance.
  • Legionella Control (L8) qualification desirable.
  • Prison Security Clearance required.
