Job Description: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team working in a KS1-3 SEMH school. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the class teacher and other TAs in managing classroom behavior, creating engaging lesson plans, and assisting pupils with their educational progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a similar setting, preferably with pupils with special educational needs
  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff members
