**Special Needs Learning Support Assistant**

Are you a highly motivated, dedicated, and driven individual seeking a rewarding opportunity in the Education sector? If this sounds like you, this is a great opportunity to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
- **Contract**: Term Time only, Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
- **Working Hours**: 8:30am - 15:30pm (this can vary slightly depending on the school)
- **Pay**: £83.34 - £95 per day (PAYE, No Umbrella Company)

As a Special Needs Learning Support Assistant, you will be providing support across the class, and supporting students within small groups and on a one-to-one basis with Special Educational Needs. Your duties can include promoting the academic and personal development of students, tracking their progress, providing feedback, liaising with the Class Teacher and SENCO and ensuring students are successfully engaging with the curriculum.

**About You**:

- Experience working with or caring for young people or vulnerable adults
- Previous experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and behaviour management skills
- Experience working in a school setting is beneficial
- To be proactive, with a patient and engaging approach
