As a key member of our Martech and digital transformation consultancy team, you will work closely with clients to advise and help them select and implement the most suitable marketing and advertising tools to achieve their commercial and customer experience objectives.

You will be responsible for leading a range of Martech-focused client engagements, ensuring that projects stay on track by liaising with stakeholders and producing materials to support and direct operations.

Key responsibilities include requirements gathering, definition, and user story development, as well as defining and communicating Martech strategy and roadmap to senior client stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for programme management to ensure on-time, on-budget development delivery, running workshops and masterclasses, evaluating and validating new Martech initiatives, and acting as an implanted Product Owner for specific Martech platforms.

Additionally, you will act as a Martech SME within inter-disciplinary agency pitch teams to secure new business opportunities.

Requirements

What you will do...

  • Lead a range of MarTech focused client engagements
  • Ensure that projects stay on track by liaising with stakeholders and producing materials to support and direct operations.

  • Define and communicate Martech strategy and roadmap to senior client stakeholders.

  • Evaluate and validate new Martech initiatives.
  • On occasion, act as implanted Product Owner for specific Martech platforms.
  • Act as a MarTech SME within inter-disciplinary agency pitch teams to secure new business opportunities

What you will need to succeed ...

  • Proven experience in a similar Martech consultative role, ideally gained within an agency or consultancy environment with a solid grounding in data and marketing technology.
  • A broad knowledge of systems along the entire marketing technology chain, such as CDP, MAP, Journey Orchestration, DMP and adjacent technologies such as CRM, MDM, Consent Management Platforms, analytics tools.
  • A deep understanding of at least one Marketing Automation tool.
  • Prior experience of at least one major MarTech platform.
  • Competent to advanced ability in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • with project managing end-to-end Martech development projects with proven task and project management skills.
  • Stakeholder management to senior management/ C-Suite level.
  • Business analysis skills – experience of identifying, documenting, and prioritising client needs.
  • The ability to elicit business requirements and translate these into technical solutions.
