About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Be At One in Islington. As a Party Starter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable nights out for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage every guest, building strong relationships and ensuring they have an amazing experience.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and cocktails, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
  • Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a fun and dynamic atmosphere, exceeding customer expectations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of quality and service.

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older, as the role involves the sale of alcohol.
  • Prior bartending experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with customers.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail recipes.
