Fine Art Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fine Art Logistics Coordinator. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the movement of fine art and antiques across London studios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule installations and plan logistics projects with the technical team and installation manager.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of technicians, providing clear direction and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and relevant paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in art logistics or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Full driving license.
