Fine Art Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fine Art Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the technical and logistical aspects of our art logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule installations and plan logistics with the technical team and installation manager.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the technical team, providing clear direction and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and relevant paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an art logistics role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to occasionally work outside of regular hours.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a full driving license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
