Join Our Team as a Group Exercise Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Exercise Supervisor to join our team at David Lloyd Clubs. As a Group Exercise Supervisor, you will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing an exceptional team of instructors to deliver high-quality group exercise classes to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of group exercise instructors to deliver a wide range of classes to our members.
  • Ensure that all group exercise classes are safe, well-attended, and professionally taught.
  • Work closely with the fitness team to develop and implement new group exercise programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of group exercise programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a group exercise or fitness leadership role.
