St Luke’s Academy is a unique educational setting that provides a supportive environment for children with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Specialist Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children who display challenging behaviour and possess excellent communication skills. You will be able to build strong relationships with our students, encouraging them to engage with learning and develop their emotional intelligence.

We offer a comprehensive induction and training programme, including Team Teach training, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to make a positive impact on our students’ lives.
