We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Lookers. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Suggest and present suitable vehicles to customers, highlighting their features and benefits
- Arrange and accompany customers on test drives to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Process and complete all necessary paperwork for each sale, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and ambitious, with a passion for sales and customer service
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the motor trade, is desirable but not essential
- A full UK driving license is required, as you may be expected to drive high-performance vehicles
