About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join our Community Chronic Pain service. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with persistent pain to develop self-management strategies and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver highly specialized musculoskeletal skills to meet the complex needs of individuals with persistent pain.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare dependency.
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve high-quality patient care and excellent services.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualifications relevant to the area of musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage complex caseloads.
