Warehouse Manager Opportunity

Riverside Recruitment is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Carlisle. As a key player in our supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the successful delivery of our products to customers.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and movement of materials, as well as overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. Additionally, you will work closely with Supplies and Supply Chain Managers to ensure the effective management of site movement and storage control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control the site receipt, storage, and movement of materials to ensure successful completion of the factory production plan.
  • Manage budget and control operational overhead costs for site warehousing and distribution and FLT fleet.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £39-44k, plus benefits including heightened Company Pension, Life Insurance 4 x Salary, 25 days Holidays + Bank Holidays, Cycle to work Scheme, Employer Discounts, Single Private Medical Insurance, and AIP Bonus.

Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 per annum.
