About the Role

Fundment, a leading wealth infrastructure company, is seeking a Client Services Liaison to join its Platform Operations Team. As a key member of this team, you will be instrumental in supporting financial advisers as they transition to the Fundment platform.

This position involves providing comprehensive support and guidance to ensure a seamless transition process. Your attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will enable you to excel in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-point-of-contact support for financial advisers
  • Responding to email and telephone queries regarding platform usage, transfer submissions, payment allocations, and processing of financial products
  • Collaborating with product providers to resolve complex issues

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client services role within financial services or a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of tax wrapper products and administration
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using technology and software tools
