Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with medication management, including prompting and administering medication as required.
  • Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, including engaging in activities such as conversation, games, and outings.
  • Provide home help and support with everyday tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Build relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance as needed.
Requirements
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • A driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, as some clients may require transportation to appointments or outings.
